LazyMe Refund Policy

At LazyMe, we are committed to providing a frictionless shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to be simple and straightforward, with added flexibility for returns. We now offer free return shipping on all eligible orders to make it easier for you. Please read the details below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable laws, such as the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015, Australia's Consumer Law, or the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations.
Refund Eligibility and Conditions
- Refund Window: You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements:
- The item must be in resalable condition (lightly used items are accepted with a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund).
- Original packaging, accessories, and tags should be included where possible, but we understand if minor wear occurs during trial.
- Proof of purchase is required, such as an order number or confirmation email.
- This applies to all products, including flagship items like Clickyâ„¢, except for final sale items, clearance promotions, gift cards, or digital downloads.

Exceptions:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or free replacement, with no restocking fee, and cover all return shipping costs.
- Non-Refundable Items: Severe damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications; items without any packaging or missing key accessories.
Refund Process
- Contact Us: Email alex@get-lazyme.com or support@get-lazyme.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos (if applicable). We will respond within 24 hours.
- Review Request: Our team will review and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days, including a prepaid return shipping label (for free returns) and the return address (UK customers default to a UK warehouse; international customers may require cross-border returns).
- Return the Item: Ship back using the provided prepaid label or a trackable method. We cover return shipping costs for all eligible returns (international returns may still involve customs duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility).
- Process Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus any restocking fee for lightly used items) and may take an additional 5-10 days to appear on your account (depending on the payment provider). Taxes (e.g., VAT/GST) will be refunded accordingly.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it (in line with UK/EU distance selling regulations).
- If the order has been "processed" (confirmed but not shipped), we will cancel it promptly and issue a full refund.
- Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned upon delivery.
International Return Notes
- For customers in the UK, Australia, US, or other markets: Returns may take additional time (7-14 days), and please be aware of local customs. We provide prepaid labels where possible, but customers are responsible for any duties.
- Return addresses will be provided based on your location (e.g., UK customers: LazyMe Returns, ATM Commerce Ltd, [specified UK address]; international customers: contact support for confirmation).
