We want you to love your LazyMe products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).


🔄 Return Process

  1. Contact Us — Reach out to our support team at support@get-lazyme.com with your order number, issue, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Return Approval — Our team will review your request and provide a return address or next steps within 2–3 business days.

  3. Shipping the Item Back — Once approved, you’ll ship the product to our designated warehouse. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except in cases of a defective or wrong item received.

  4. Refund or Replacement — After inspection, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.


⚙️ Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not functioning as expected, please contact us within 7 days of deliverywith a short description and photos/videos.

We’ll send you a replacement or a full refund — no return shipping needed for confirmed defects.


đźš« Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product hygiene and quality, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance events

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


🌍 Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
