📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once processed, your order will be carefully packed and sent for dispatch from one of our partner fulfilment centres.

⏱️ Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free Shipping on orders over £40 GBP (or equivalent).

  • Orders below the free-shipping threshold will show the cost before payment.


🔄 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch, depending on the courier.

🧭 Multiple-Item Orders

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately to speed up delivery.
Each item will have its own tracking number.


⚠️ Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties, depending on your country’s laws.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

LazyMe™ has no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.


🚫 Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, LazyMe™ cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-delivery costs.


📮 Delayed or Lost Shipments

While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen due to customs or courier issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist with tracking or replacement as needed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t yet been processed.
Once processing begins, the order can no longer be cancelled but may qualify for a return after delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy).
